Removing a child doesn't lower your bill

Deleting a child frees their seat. To pay less, choose a smaller package.

When you delete a child's profile, their seat is freed straight away and is ready for someone else. Your package and price stay the same.

To pay less, choose a smaller package with Change plan. A cheaper package starts at your next renewal, so nothing is charged or refunded today.

Open Subscription from the menu at the top of your dashboard.
Tap Change plan, then Switch to this plan on the smaller package.
Check the preview and tap Confirm change. The change waits for your renewal date, and you can undo it until then.

Free seats first

A smaller package has fewer seats. If more people hold seats than it has, free the extra ones first with Free this seat in the Seats list.
