Cancel or resume your subscription

Cancelling stops your next renewal. You can resume until your paid period ends.

Cancelling stops your next renewal. You keep full access until the end of the period you've already paid for, and nothing your children made is deleted. Cancelling also removes any scheduled change.

Changed your mind? Resume any time before the end date and your plan carries on as before.

Open Subscription from the menu at the top of your dashboard, or go to Settings → Subscription.
Tap Cancel subscription. Tell us why if you like, then tap Cancel at period end.
To keep your plan after all, tap Resume subscription in the same place before the end date.

After the end date

Your children's progress, badges and avatars stay saved, and their lessons lock. To come back, choose a package again from Subscription. If you cancelled recently, you may see a welcome-back discount on your first payment.
