Cancel or resume your subscription

Stop billing at the end of the period, and start it again whenever you like.

Cancelling stops the next charge. You keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and nothing your children have learned is deleted. You can resume before or after it lapses.

  1. Open Settings → Subscription.
  2. Tap Cancel subscription and confirm. Access continues until your current period ends.
  3. To come back, open the same screen and choose a plan again.
There is no pause
Subscriptions cancel at the end of the period rather than pausing mid-cycle. If you only want to take one child off the plan, remove that child instead and keep the subscription running.
