Some banks ask you to approve a payment. Stripe's payment page opens in a new tab for that.
When a plan change costs money today, your bank may ask you to approve the payment. This check is called 3D Secure. We show Confirm with your bank, and Stripe's payment page opens in a new tab so you can approve it there.
Your plan changes once the payment goes through. Until then you stay on your current plan. If you don't approve it, the change is dropped within a day and nothing is charged.
