Set a mission

Give your child a lesson goal and a date.

A mission is a lesson goal with a date. Your child sees it on their dashboard, and you see their progress in Missions on your dashboard. Choose how many lessons, lessons from one chapter, or specific lessons (1 to 50). Tests do not count. Your child can still finish after the date; it shows as late. Past missions stay in History.

On your dashboard, tap Assign a mission.
Pick who it's for. A child who already finished the work, or whose plan does not cover that subject, is left out.
Choose Number of lessons, From a chapter or Specific lessons.
Pick a date from tomorrow on, and add a note if you like.
Tap Assign mission. To stop it, open it and tap Cancel mission. It disappears for every child and can't be undone.

Alerts and reminders

Turn on Notify me on each completion to hear as each child finishes. You get a wrap-up when the date passes either way. Your child gets a reminder the day before if their reminders are on.

Changing curriculum or language

Changing a child's curriculum or language cancels any mission they can no longer finish, such as one set on a chapter that is not in their new curriculum. You see how many were cancelled when you save.
