Can't log in or forgot your password

Get back into your parent account, whichever way you sign in.

Choose I'm a parent (or I'm a teacher) on the login screen. You then type your email address or phone number into one field, and we work out which it is. Which fix you need depends on how you set up your account.

Pick I'm a parent or I'm a teacher, not I'm a kid! (children tap their hero or type their username, then use their password or ask you to let them in).
If you use an email and password, tap Forgot password, enter your email, and follow the reset link or code we send you.
If you signed up with just your phone, there's no password to reset. Enter your phone number instead of an email and log in with the one-time code we send by WhatsApp or SMS.
You can also tap Continue with Google or Continue with Facebook if you connected one of those.

Still stuck?

Double-check the email or phone number is the one on your account, and look in your spam folder for email. If it still won't work, contact support from the Help Center.
