What is a streak freeze?

A streak freeze covers a day you missed, so your streak keeps going.

A streak freeze is your backup for a missed day. Miss one day and one freeze covers it. Miss two days and two freezes cover them. Your streak keeps its number either way.

Good to know
If your grown-up's plan pauses, your streak freezes safe all on its own and no freezes get used up. It carries on from the same number when you're back.
